The property, located at the foot of the hillside of Saint-Emilion, covers 8.5 hectares of vineyards, including 6 hectares of Merlot, 1.35 hectares of Cabernet Franc and 1.15 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines are exploited in reasoned agriculture to limit our impact on the environment.
The wines are vinified in a traditional cellar recently modernized (coated stainless steel and concrete tanks, barrel cellar for the aging of Château Peyrelongue Grand Cru).
The vines are harvested mechanically then the grapes are sorted manually on arrival at the cellar.
