It has been recently renovated to accommodate up to 14 people in a friendly atmosphere with very friendly living rooms. The living rooms on the ground floor consist of a large kitchen and a large living room - dining room (60 m2). It has a small private garden behind and a private access through the kitchen garden to the magnificent Barbirey Gardens.
The room enjoys an exceptional view. It can accommodate up to 3 people (1 double bed + 1 single bed). It has a private bathroom (a sink + a shower) and a private WC.

Discovery of the Heritage :
The Château de Barbirey is ideally located to discover the world famous Burgundy Heritage. At less than 10 km you have the abbey of Bussière (castle-hotel), the beautiful village of Chateauneuf-en-Auxois with its Castle (visitable), the beautiful Castle of Commarin (visitable), the Castle of Oiserole Dijon is 25 minutes and Beaune is 35 minutes driving, two cities that deserve to be discovered.
You are less than 45 minutes from Fontenay Abbey (visitable), Castle Ancy-le-Franc (visitable), Castle Sully (visitable), Alesia (ideal to visit with children).
Discovery of the vineyard:
Burgundy wine is world famous. From Barbirey you are 22 minutes from Nuit-Saint-Georges, 35 minutes from Beaune, 30 minutes from Marsannay.
During the day you can discover the wines and come back in the evening to rest in a peaceful setting. You can buy wine in the cellars under the castle?

Bicycle lovers and joggers can join the Burgundy Canal which passes 200m from the Park and discover the valley of Ouche which is beautiful.

If you arrive earlier and the room is not ready you can take the opportunity to visit the Gardens!
You can also stay in the Gardens after you have free the room.
