More than a reception hall, the entire property is available during your event. Our service combines a reception space inseparable from a accommodation space. This package will add to your event the memory of a great stay in Normandy. We provide you with 2 spaces (living-rooms and park) that can welcome 20 to 300 people.
LIVING ROOMS
With its three adjoining living rooms the ground floor of the château provides an intimate ambiance for a small event up to 50 persons. Overlooking primarily the gardens and the countryside, these bright spaces have direct access to the terraces of the castle.
GARDENS
For the weddings of over 50 persons we suggest you install a tent on the 1 hectare lawn in the middle of the park. Surrounded by imposing trees, overlooking the château on one side and the countryside landscape on the other, this place cries out to be a setting for a grand reception (rental of the tent is not included).
ACCOMODATION
With its typical Normand architecture, the castle has been renovated with luxury and sophistication. In this house full of history we find all the modern comforts and high standard facilities. Ideal to gather family, friends or colleagues, this castle with an area of 600 m² is composed of 14 rooms on 3 floors.
The 8 bedrooms of the castle can welcome 17 people. With 2 fully equipped holiday cottages located in the outbuildings the overall capacityof the property is 23 guests.
RULES AND CONDITIONS
From when the spaces are available?
Spaces are available from:-from 8: 30 a.m. Friday until 6 pm Sunday for the area and the reception rooms,-from 14 p.m. Friday until 2 p.m. Sunday for the 8 rooms and bathrooms of the Castle, - from 14 p.m. Friday until 2 pm the diman Che for common of the Castle, l from 8: 30 a.m. Friday until 6 pm Sunday for the Park.
What is the maximum number of guests for cocktails and dinner?
The cocktail can take place in the Park and we accept a maximum of 150 people. If the dinner is held in the reception rooms of the Castle, we accept 50 people Foundation. Beyond this number, it is necessary and possible to rent a tent at your expense (between 3 000euros and 5 000euros).
Are the gardens open to the visit during a wedding?
No, the rental of the Castle de Bouelles gives right to a total privatization of the domain.
Where can guests park their car?
Parking is provided at weddings. A person will be present to guide cars.
Is there a reference on site to coordinate the smooth running of the weekend?
A dedicated person is present during the duration of the marriage. It ensures the smooth running of the event and is at your disposal for answering technical questions. However, it is by no means a wedding planner.
Is there a wine of the area? If Yes, is it mandatory? If not, do you offer a solution? Is there a right to Cap?
No, there is no wine in the field. However, we are happy to put you in touch with quality winemakers. There is no corkage.
The rental of the castle included sound systems?
No, the sound equipment rental is independent of the Castle.
He became a DJ?
We impose no DJ. If you wish, we can give you contact information for DJs who already worked in the Castle.
Is there a maximum volume? A time limit for music?
There is no maximum sound volume, however the volume must be reduced from 4:00.
Is the decoration of the spaces included in the rental price?
No, the decoration is on the initiative and at the expense of married.
The reception room is heated or air conditioned? If Yes, is this included in the rental price?
The heating of the reception rooms included in the rental price. Air conditioning is not possible, but the parts of the Castle stay naturally fresh all year.
Are there spaces for children/seniors?
Under the formula, you have access to different areas. Support to the organizers to find a space suitable for all!
Tables and chairs are available?
The rental price does not include the rental of tables and chairs. However, we free of charge at your disposal:-5 rectangular tables (6 people per table); l 50 chairs.
Is the household included in the package?
Yes, a team of household takes care of cleaning before and after each marriage. Nevertheless, the place must be rendered in decent condition and the dustbins of the caterer evacuated (by himself).
Is insurance included in the rental price?
No, the couple must get closer to an insurer and we provide a certificate of insurance.
Can guests directly pay their room?
No, organizers married must pay the full payment of room and organize to re-bill the guests if they wish.
Are sheets and bathroom linen included in the rental?
Yes, each room has its own linen and toilets.
Is the household included in the rental?
Yes, a team of household takes care of cleaning before and after each rental.
Is breakfast included in the rental?
No, but it can be supplied on request.
