More than a reception room, it is the whole of an exceptional domain that is at your disposal the time of your event (from Friday to Sunday). Our offer combines a wedding area, inseparable from an accommodation space and of course the listed park of 8 ha privileged place for a ceremony, cocktail and brunch. This configuration of the place, will add to your wedding, the memory for your guests of an unforgettable stay in Burgundy.
Our Wedding Offer takes place over 2 days. You can rent extend the rental with a small group of family and friends, enjoying their presence. This offer can also be expanded with accommodation and service options to match your expectations.
RECEPTION AREA
Located in one of the most beautiful private parks in Burgundy and classified "Remarkable Garden", the domain of Barbirey (Monument ISMH) offers since 2011, a reception area perfectly suited to your wedding. In addition to the 8 ha of park for your cocktail, your brunch and possibly your ceremony, we put at your disposal our large barn (150m2).
With a capacity of 60 to 120 people maximum, its impressive height under ceiling and dry stone walls of Burgundy make it an aesthetic, authentic and friendly place that you can decorate to your taste. At this barn is added a communicating room to the cloakroom and the catering area.
To these, are added all the spaces of reception of the Castle (dining room, large living room, entry ...) providential in the event of rain and very useful for the children, during the evening.
ACCOMMODATION
Around the courtyard, the castle and the common have been renovated to make a coherent and friendly accommodation space: 12 rooms, 3 lofts, 2 dormitories gather a total of 62 beds.
In addition there are 4 rooms including a PMR with an additional capacity of 11 people.
If these 73 beds are not enough to accommodate your guests we will indicate nearby complementary accommodation.
Indoor parking at the park can accommodate guests.
SERVICE
A Wedding Manager attached to the site will help you prepare for your wedding. Optionally it can be present during your stay to orchestrate its progress or even extend its service to a full service Wedding Planner.
A team knowing the site perfectly, will assist you 16h during the weekend. This service is under your responsibility and will help you lighten up during the weekend household chores other than those Saturday night supported by your providers such as the caterer, the DJ. Some examples of service: table dressing, clearing, dishes, Friday night cleaning, logistics chairs, decoration room assistance, furniture logistics, chairs for the ceremony, ... You can extend this credit hours if necessary and thus free you from all planned or unforeseen tasks.
This same team can provide turnkey services such as breakfasts, meals (other than the wedding dinner), brunch.
PROVIDERS
An ecosystem of providers has emerged over the years based on the experience of the bride and groom (Catering, DJ, Florist). The Wedding Manager will be happy to put you in touch with them.
RULES AND CONDITIONS
The 2019 Wedding Offer costs 9700 euros and includes:
- the rental of the Barn on Saturday evening with a provision to decorate from Friday morning at 8am,
- the rental of the castle (12 rooms 32 people) from Friday at 5 pm until Sunday after the brunch,
- rental of lofts (15 people) and dormitories (15 people) from Saturday after lunch until Sunday after brunch,
- access to the park except at night during the duration of the rental of the Château,
- the provision of bath towels, sheets and bed preparation,
- a service package fee of up to 16h,
- Wedding Manager assistance to help you to prepare,
- sound equipement for the Barn.

- the parking.
